[NEW] Colchester Chinese School Closure
As part of the national measures to combat the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the UK government has taken the decision to close indefinitely all state schools in England on Friday 20th March 2020. Therefore Colchester Chinese School has been closed from Saturday 21st March 2020 onwards, and until we are given permission from the government to reopen.

[NEW] Crowdfunding to Donate for Protective Gear to Protect Our NHS Staff
"In view of the critical situation of the COVID-19 infection in the UK and the serious shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE) in some hospitals in the UK, the Society of Chinese Medical Practitioners UK (SCMP-UK) have sourced nationally certified PPE manufactures in China. SCMP-UK is now calling a donation event in order to purchase PPE for hospitals that are in need."
As of Monday 20th April 2020, Colchester Chinese Educational Organisation (CCEO) community have donated
470 KN95 masks,
and 150 surgical masks
to the Society of Chinese Medical Practitioners UK (SCMP-UK).
